At Seven Ultra Lounge we are looking for male and female Hosts who not only take pride in their avatar’s appearance, but are attentive, friendly, reliable, honest, and have a genuine affinity for people.
As a Host you are essentially the “life of the party”, keeping the energy of the event fluid by being your usual outgoing self - dancing, mixing and mingling, and making sure that each and every person gets greeted upon entrance and exit. We’re looking for those with a sociable personality and good conversational skills to be successful in this position.
As a staff member working in a team environment, a part of your commitment while on duty is to:
- Refrain from promoting other clubs (in chat, via group tag, etc.)
- Treat others with dignity and respect
- Be friendly, polite and civil at all times
- Be helpful to patrons as well as staff
- Be a flexible team player (e.g. filling in with last minute shift changes)
- Abide by dress code as directed by your Supervisor or Manager (see ‘House Rules’)
- Have fun
